How about crocheting this small yet perfectly formed bowl? All it takes is a single 25g skein of Common Cloth’s hand-dyed wool yarn, a crochet hook and the free pattern below.

This pattern uses UK crochet terminology. The rounds are worked in an amigurumi style spiral. You may want to place a stitch marker at the start of each round to keep track. Each round in the base of the bowl increases by six double crochet stitches.
If you’re new to the magic loop, here’s an easy to follow video tutorial from MJ Carlos. For a neat, invisible finish follow the instructions in this second video from Bella Coco Crochet.

Make a magic loop.
Round 1 6 dc into magic loop and tighten loop to close (6 sts)

Round 4 (2 dc in next stitch, 1 dc in each of next 2 stitches) repeat until end of round (24 sts)
